1. The City Government of Borongan, through the Barangay Development Program, Annual Budget 2023 and City Ordinance no. 45 s 2023, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Four Pesos and Nine Centavos only (Php2, 499, 994.09) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Multi-Purpose Building, Brgy. Canyupay, Borongan City, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
