1) The Barangay Badbad, through the Local Government Support Fund - Financial Assistance to Local Government Units (LGSF FALGU) intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 1, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Multi-Purpose Building in Barangay Badbad, Oas, Albay. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Barangay Badbad now invites bids for Construction of Multi-Purpose Building in Barangay Badbad, Oas, Albay. Completion of the Works is required Ninety Calendar Days (90 C.D). Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
