CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING AT AWOL, LUNOCAN
1) The Local Government Unit of Manolo Fortich, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Eight Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand Pesos (PhP 2, 835, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING AT AWOL, LUNOCAN under Project ID # GF-2026-024-CO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Manolo Fortich now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days upon receipt of approved Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project within the last five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
