1. The BARANGAY LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BATBAT, GUINOBATAN, ALBAY, through the Local Government Support Fund (LGSF) intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSANND NINE HUNDRED NINETY-SIX PESOS AND 59/100 (PHP 1, 999, 996.59), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING IN BARANGAY BATBAT, GUINOBATAN, ALBAY. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BARANGAY LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BATBAT, GUINOBATAN, ALBAY now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required eighty-six (86) Calendar Days.
