CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING
1. The Barangay Central Langkong, through the 20% Development Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Sixty Thousand Three Hundred Ninety-Three Pesos (P1, 160, 393.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Multi-Purpose Building. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Central Langkong, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Forty-Five (45) days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
