Description : 1. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Laserna, Nabas, Aklan through its local budget approved by the Sanggunian, intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Ninety-nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-nine Pesos and 76/100 (P 699, 999.76), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Construction of Multi-purpose Building at Laserna, Nabas, Aklan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Laserna, Nabas, Aklan now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Construction of Multi-purpose Building. Bidders should have successful experience as prime contractor in the project contract (as solo or in joint venture/consortia) of at least one (1) work of a nature and complexity equivalent to the Works in the last two (2) years with single works cited to be at least fifty percent (50%) of value of estimated contract cost of Works under Bid and have an annual turnover from all works averaged over the last three (3) years equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the value of bid under consideration for award.
