Description : Invitation to Bid for CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING AT SIGNATURE PARK, STA. ROSA DEL NORTE, PASACAO, CAMARINES SUR



1) The [Local Government Unit of Pasacao, Camarines Sur], through the [Loan Proceed, CY 2026] intends to apply the sum of [Five Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Three Pesos and 34/100 (PhP5, 999, 963.34] being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for [Construction of Multi-Purpoe Building at Signature Park, Sta. Rosa del Norte, Pasacao, Camarines Sur]. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.



2) The [Local Government Unit of Pasacao, Camarines Sur] now invites bids for [Construction of Building]. Completion of the Works is required [120 CD]. Bidders should have completed, within [3 years] from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
