CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING
The Barangay Local Government Unit of Rizal, Cagayan intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SIXTEEN PESOS & 20/100 (250, 916.20) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING from 20% Barangay Development Fund-CY 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.
The Barangay Local Government Unit of Rizal, Cagayan now invites bids for the CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING. Completion of Project is [45 days]. Bidders should have completed, within the last two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
The Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/Fail” criteria as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of R.A. 9184 known as the Government Procurement Reform Act of 2009.
