The subject of the order is to perform the task titled: Construction of a multi-purpose building - stage I (performance hall), within which the following scope should be implemented in the existing building. The scope of the order includes: - installation of air conditioning, - execution installation of mechanical ventilation, - execution of general construction works on facades. The basis for the implementation of the task and the exact scope of work are determined by the bills of quantities and design documentation attached to the procedure. The contractor will ensure that the works are carried out under supervision a construction manager with construction qualifications in the appropriate specialty. The organization of construction facilities and their liquidation, including the implementation of temporary road traffic organization (if required) and the commissioning of industry supervision are the responsibility of Contractors. The contractor is obliged to properly secure the construction site and the interests of third parties, ensure safety conditions related to construction and appropriate environmental protection, in accordance with applicable law, ensure property protection located on the construction site, especially in terms of fire protection.
