1. The Local Government Unit of Santa Praxedes, through the 20% Municipal Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos. (P5, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Multi-Purpose Building (Mun Hall) Phase 4 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Local Government Unit of Sta. Praxedes, now invites bids for Construction of Multi-Purpose Building (Mun Hall) Phase 4 at Santa Praxedes, Cagayan. Completion of the Works is required 89 working days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
