The scope of the order includes the construction of a multi-family residential building with infrastructure technical building, four storeys high, with an attic and a full basement. The building has 16 apartments and is equipped with one elevator. total number of parking spaces: 16, including 10 covered spaces. Building area 317.53 m2, area usable area 950.63 m2, volume 4742.85 m3.3. The detailed scope of the above-mentioned works to be performed is specified in the design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works, and bills of quantities, which constitute appendices to the SWZ.
