Construction of a multi-family residential building with technical infrastructure in Szczucin
The basic function will be a residential function and a function recreational (green areas with a public recreation area). The whole will be supplemented with the necessary communication infrastructure (access roads, ramps) and technical infrastructure (construction equipment, external installations and connections). A functional layout is planned on 3 above-ground floors i.e. on the ground floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor. The building was designed with the main entrance on the west side. The building has an entrance via 2 separate staircases. Vertical communication provided by staircases and passenger lifts adapted to transport disabled people.
