The subject of the order is the execution of an investment task entitled: "Construction of a multi-family residential building with technical infrastructure on plot no. 918/1, rev. 0006 Trzciana, Trzciana commune"The contractor whose offer was selected as the most advantageous prepare and submit an offer cost estimate and, in consultation with the Ordering Party, prepare and submit a material and financial schedule for the implementation of the subject of the order no later than 7 days before the conclusion of the contract. Introducing changes to the schedule will not be treated as changes to the contract and will not require the conclusion of an annex to the contract. The Ordering Party reserves the right to introduce comments to the HRRF. The documentation in question includes a design for the construction of a multi-family residential building along with land development and places parking. The detailed scope of works includes the "Description of the Subject of the Order", design documentation, bill of quantities and STWIORB which are attachments to the SWZ.
