together with land development and technical infrastructure
in Działoszyn.
1. The subject of the contract are construction works including:
in particular:
1) construction of one multi-family residential building with five above-ground floors and one floor underground, with two staircases and two elevators;
2) construction of 77 residential premises and 77 storage units, including two premises adapted to the needs of wheelchair users;
3) construction of an underground garage with 46 parking spaces and technical rooms economic;
4) construction of a garbage shelter, maneuvering roads and a fire road, parking lots, pedestrian routes, a public square and two exits;
5) construction of sanitary, water and sewage, gas, electrical, photovoltaic, telecommunications, ventilation, area lighting and drainage installations and electric vehicle charging stations;
6) construction of a photovoltaic installation,
7) performance of all preparatory, demolition, earthwork, construction, finishing, installation and acceptance works necessary to obtain an occupancy permit.
