Description : 1) The Local Government Unit of Enrile, through the Trust Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos Only (PhP 1, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Multi-Crop Drying Pavement with Shed /ITB NO: 2026-06-I011 located at Marracuru, Enrile, Cagayan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Construction of Multi-Crop Drying Pavement with Shed. Completion of the Works is required (60 calendar days). Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
