The LGU - Cawayan, Masbate, through the 20% EDF CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P 1, 700, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING AT PEÑA, CAWAYAN, MASBATE (PHASE 2), 2026-CM-INFRA-019. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
