1) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF SAMAR, through the 2026 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PHP 2, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI - PURPOSE BUILDING, BARANGAY LOBO, CATBALOGAN CITY - Project ID No.: APR15-2026-102. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF SAMAR now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI - PURPOSE BUILDING, BARANGAY LOBO, CATBALOGAN CITY.
