1. The Barangay of Sinoron, Santa Cruz, Davao del Sur intends to apply the One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (150, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under Construction of MRF at Sinoron, Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay of Sinoron, Santa Cruz, Davao del Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project is required thirty (30) days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
