. The Local Government Unit of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay, through the 20% Development Fund of 2026 ntends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED NINETY EIGHT THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY PESOS & 81/100 only (Php 1, 498, 470.81)being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF MPB AT SITIO LIGAYA .Bids received in excess on the ABC shall be automatically rejected on the bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Buug now invites bids for the CONSTRUCTION OF MPB AT SITIO LIGAYA Bidders should have completed within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
