1) The MUNICIPALITY OF CAPOOCAN, LEYTE through the 20% DF & GENERAL FUND intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PhP3, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF MP BALAY DARANGPAN PHASE VIII. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The MUNICIPALITY OF CAPOOCAN, LEYTE now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF MP BALAY DARANGPAN PHASE VIII. Completion of the Works is required within 44 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
