The routes are planned and built using the route alignment of the existing track base, as well as by building a new route in the immediate vicinity of the track base to forest terrain. The route delivery is seven (7) meters wide, within which the route must be built. The content and objectives of the procurement are described in the attachments of the request for tenders. The procurement is carried out as a so-called reverse tendering process, where the tenders are selected based on the overall economic affordability and quality weight is 100%. The comparison criteria for quality are presented in the attachments of the request for tenders. In this procurement, mountain biking route means a "flow" style mountain biking route. The customer has set for procurement fixed price of 200, 000 euros. This means reverse bidding. Competition between tenderers is based on quality. The qualitative comparison criteria are: 1) Implementation plan for the implementation of the procurement objectives 2) To be scored additional references on the design and construction of mountain bike routes and 3) The experience and know-how of the implementation team.
