Description : 1) The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines, through the CAAP COB FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-SIX THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED TWELVE PESOS & 98/100 ONLY (Php 4, 776, 112.98) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Bid No. 26-11-04 ALPHA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF MODULAR LIBRARY FOR RSD. Completion of the Works is required Seventy-Four (74) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
