Tender Details

The subject of the performance of the public contract is the execution of construction works in the "R" pavilion of the Kyjov Hospital, the result of which will be: I. Modification of the existing pharmacy and extension of the premises of the pharmacy to include a dispensary of medical supplies. This is a complete reconstruction of the social background, including a new office, cloakroom and day room. Construction of new dispensary premises, including a new sewer connection and outdoor paved areas. II. Complete insulation of perimeter walls, replacement of opening elements, insulation of roof structures and more related work. "Dispensary of medical supplies - modification of the pharmacy I" - Pavilon R Kyjov Hospital - change 01 2025, prepared by Ing. Miloslav Čech, Karla Čapek 2595/50, 697 01 Kyjov, ID 13047736, which is an attachment to the tender documentation. II. "Insulating and replacing the windows of the MTZ warehouse + pharmacy I - change 01/2025, processed by Ing. Miloslav Čech, Karla Čapka 2595/50, 697 01 Kyjov, ID 13047736, which is an attachment to the tender documentation. Fulfillment of both parts (part I. and II.) The VZ will take place during the operation of pavilion R - MTZ warehouse and Public Pharmacy I. The implementation of the modification of the existing pharmacy and the expansion of the pharmacy premises will take place for each contract during the operation of the medicine dispensary in 2 simultaneous stages, always individually rooms at the same time: • Stage I - expansion of the Pharmacy for the public I by the premises of the dispensary of medical supplies /room no. 120, 123, 121, 122/ + relocation of the facilities of the Pharmacy I. /relocation will be provided by the client/, • II. stage - reconstruction of the background of the Pharmacy for public I./room no.: 103, 105, 106, 108, 109, 110, 119 /.
