The subject of the public contract is the building rights of a new outdoor swimming pool for commercial swimming biotope, including the removal of the existing building from the ground for swimming and the realization of new upper buildings from the ground (technology, cash register and social facilities, swimming pool, swimming pool), reinforced areas, parapets, fences, the right foot of the Mohelka river, sewerage, sewer overflow, connected to water and NN, automatic humidification system, orchard and vegetable rights of the area, including the subsequent cultivation of greens for a period of 5 years.
