Tender Details

The subject of the public contract is the implementation of building modifications, extensions and changes of use of building No. 31 to a cultural center, using the "design & build" method, i.e. ensuring the processing of project documentation for the construction and subsequent implementation of construction works, supplies and services leading to complete, functional and operable completion of the work by one contractor. The supplier is responsible for the completeness, correctness and functionality of the proposed and implemented solution as a whole, regardless of documents provided by the contracting authority. The subject of the performance is divided into: 1. Project part The project part includes in particular: a) processing of project documentation for construction execution (PDPS) including all necessary professions and details necessary for proper implementation construction, on the basis of the project documentation for the building permit, which forms an appendix to these tender conditions (Annex No. 2), b) preparation of the itemized budget (list of construction works, supplies and services with a statement of dimensions) based on the project documentation, c) incorporating any comments of the contracting authority into the project documentation. The contractor is obliged to submit the processed project documentation to the client for approval. Without prior approval of the project documentation for construction the contractor is not authorized by the customer to start the implementation part of the performance. 2. Implementation part The implementation part includes in particular: a) execution of construction works, supplies and services consisting in the implementation of the building according to the approved project documentation for implementation construction, b) ensuring all necessary activities related to construction implementation, including coordination of individual professions and suppliers, c) processing documentation of the actual executi...
