Project Name : Construction of Modern Information Complexes at District Level(1st Phase )
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : i) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 05 (five) years of general experience in building construction works.ii) The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor in construction work having successful completion of at least one four storied building with pile foundation in single contract within the last five (5) years of an amount not less than Tk. 1300.00 Lac in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization.iii) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turn over of Tk. 1600.00 Lac during last 5(five) years . Only payment certificate will be considered for turnover calculation.iv) Having minimum liquid asset amounting Tk. 300.00 Lac. Credit commitment issued by any schedule bank should be fully unconditional as per form (e-PW3-8).v) Minimum Tender Capacity TK 1350.00 Lac.(vi) Documents of valid and up-to date trade license, income tax certificate and VAT registration certificate, ABC category contractor & supervisory license issued from Electricity Licensing Board etc. shall be submitted.(vii) All other & detailed conditions and criteria as specified in all sections of the tender document must be fulfilled.
