Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the purchase, delivery, transport, unloading, bringing, assembly, commissioning and configuration of 19 interactive boards for the newly constructed building of the Primary School. Maria and Lech Kaczyski in Skokowa.2. Detailed description of the item order, including the scope of the order, list of assortment, quantity and minimum technical, functional and quality requirements, is set out in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ). An integral part of the offer is Appendix No. 1 to the Offer Form Sheet pricing Interactive whiteboards.3. The contractor is obliged to complete and submit the Valuation Sheet along with the offer. The valuation sheet is an integral part of the offer and is used to calculate the offer price.4. Technical, functional and quality parameters specified in the OPZ and its integral annex should be treated as minimum requirements, the fulfillment of which is necessary for the proper execution of the order. The contractor may offer solutions with equivalent or higher parameters, provided that at least technical parameters are maintained, functional and quality requirements required by the Ordering Party.5.
