The description of the subject of the order specifies in detail, among others: infrastructure and security requirements and functional requirements of the Application, implementation stages and all necessary requirements related to execution of the subject of the order. The conditions for the implementation of the subject of the order were also specified in the contract template, Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 1. The subject of the contract is the development and implementation of a digital platform connecting the inhabitants of Gdańsk with local people craftsmen, taking into account the requirements specified in Annex No. 1a to the SWZ (OPZ). The description of the subject of the order specifies in detail, among others: infrastructure and security requirements and functional requirements of the Application, implementation stages and all necessary requirements related to the execution of the subject of the order.
