Description : 1. The Masbate-Mobo Water District, through the GoP/Approved Corporate Budget for the FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Six Hundred Thirty-Four Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty Pesos and 33/100 (Php 6, 634, 880.33) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of MMWD 2-Storey Multi-Purpose Building. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Masbate-Mobo Water District now invites bids for the Construction of MMWD 2-Storey Multi-Purpose Building Completion of the Works is required in 90 days. Bidders should have completed, within Five Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
