This market, relaunched following the declaration of no follow-up to the Call for Tenders launched in 2022, aims to award a works contract relating to the construction of the Mélina drinking water treatment unit - lot n°3: installation of a hydro turbine electric. To launch this consultation, the concept of small batches is used. This work is part of the construction operation of the Mélina drinking water treatment unit for which the work of lot no. 1: earthworks, civil engineering and equipment for the treatment station and lot no. 2: reorganization of the external raw water networks and rehabilitation of the Stream catchment were carried out. This batch n°3 is launched because as part of its transition process energy and sustainable development, CIVIS wishes to carry out a hydroelectricity production project for total self-consumption from the Ruisseau resource, located in the territory of the commune of Avirons. In fact, the Stream catchment is located at approximately 810 m NGR, i.e. a difference in altitude of 430 m compared to the arrival of raw water at the Mélina treatment unit. This difference in altitude offers hydroelectric potential that can be used to partly supply the water purification plant. There service consists of the installation of a Pelton type hydroelectric turbine and all associated equipment in order to partially supply the production plant with electrical energy...
