1) The MUNICIPALITY OF CAPOOCAN, LEYTE through the 20% DF intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION PESOS ONLY (PhP2, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF MINI-MUSEUM AND GALLERY. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The MUNICIPALITY OF CAPOOCAN, LEYTE now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF MINI-MUSEUM AND GALLERY. Completion of the Works is required within 85 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
