The subject of the order is the design and construction of the Milicz bypass: a main expressway road with a length of approx. 10.130 km. The Milicz bypass covered by the study is located in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in its north-eastern part. The route runs entirely through the urban-rural commune of Milicz, located in the Milicz poviat. The construction of the Milicz bypass along national road No. 15 will improve the capacity of the communication system connecting the road the S5 expressway with the national road No. 11 in Jarocin, and in the future with the S11 expressway. The Milicz bypass will eliminate transit traffic from the city center, which is characterized by dense residential development. Please do everything necessary design studies, obtain on behalf of and for the benefit of the Ordering Party the necessary opinions and technical conditions, all arrangements, permits, approvals, decisions and approvals necessary for the execution of the Contract in accordance with the Ordering Party's Requirements and the Contract Conditions, perform construction works and obtain occupancy permit decisions for the entire scope of the investment on behalf and on behalf of the Ordering Party.
