THE EXECUTION WILL BE FOR A TOTAL OF 482 M2 APPROXIMATELY, WHICH CORRESPOND TO 102 M2 OF THE VIEWING TOWER ITSELF BASED ON A STEEL STRUCTURE, IN ADDITION TO 380 M2 OF PEDESTRIAN CIRCULATION LINKING THE PROJECT WITH THE ORIGINAL PEDESTRIAN CIRCULATION OF THE PARK. ALONG WITH THE ABOVE, DESIGN THE LIGHTING INSTALLATION FOR BOTH PEDESTRIAN CIRCULATION AND FOR THE STRUCTURE FROM THE BOTTOM. THE PROJECT IS COMPLEMENTED WITH EQUIPMENT OF BENCHES, TRASH CAN AND HIGH-RANGE BINOCULARS FOR THE VIEWPOINT AREA. THE USEFUL LIFE OF THE PROJECT IS 15 YEARS. ALL OF THE ABOVE ACCORDING TO US TT.
