Tender Details

1. Subject of the order 1.1. The subject of the order is the design and construction of a bicycle path in the Czeladź Commune. 1.2. The task will be implemented in the design and build system. The Contractor's task will be to prepare comprehensive documentation design and cost estimate for this facility with obtaining the necessary administrative decisions for their implementation (building permit and/or notification of construction works and/or decision authorizing the implementation of the ZRID road investment) and execution construction works. 1.3. The investment task is financed from the funds of the Upper Silesian-Zagłębie Metropolis in Katowice as part of financial assistance in the form of a targeted subsidy under the Metropolitan Network of Bicycle Routes program in the years 2026-2028. The Ordering Party anticipates the following financing of the order - the maximum total financing of the order (the amount that the Ordering Party intends to allocate to finance the order) is PLN 34, 524, 027.41, including: Year 2026 maximum financing amount - 1 PLN 644, 001.26 gross Year 2027, maximum financing amount - PLN 10, 875, 687.06 gross Year 2028, maximum financing amount - PLN 22, 004, 339.09 gross Due to the provisions of subsidy agreements with the Upper Silesian-Zagłębie Metropolis, the Contractor reported for collection and handing over to the Ordering Party documents and materials enabling payment for services or works must take place in advance, enabling all acceptance activities to be carried out, ...
