Description : 1. The Mindanao State University-Tawi-Tawi College of Technology and Oceanography (MSU-TCTO), through GAA, intends to apply the sum of SIXTY-FIVE MILLION Pesos and 00/100 (PhP65, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF MEDICAL AND WELLNESS SERVICES BUILDING Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Mindanao State University-Tawi-Tawi College of Technology and Oceanography now invites bids for the CONSTRUCTION OF MEDICAL AND WELLNESS SERVICES BUILDING. Completion of the Works required is 360 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly Instructions to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementation Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 12009 or the New Government Procurement Act.
