3.1. The subject of the order is the implementation, in the design and build formula, of an investment task called: "Construction of the Mechanical and Biological Waste Processing Plant as an element of the Green Transformation Center in Opole" ("ZMiBP"). Purpose implementation of the above The aim of the project is to enable the implementation of a fully integrated and autonomous waste management system oriented towards the implementation of the objectives of the circular economy (Circular Economy). Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia został zawarty w Annex No. 10 - Functional and Utility Program with annexes and in the Agreement Template, which constitutes Annex No. 9 to the SWZ. The order in question includes in particular: I.design of the Mechanical and Biological Waste Processing Plant Municipal, with a total capacity of 88, 000 Mg/year, including obtaining the final decision on the building permit; II. construction of a Mechanical and Biological Municipal Waste Processing Plant, with a total capacity of 88, 000 Mg/year, to the extent indicated in the FUP, in in particular in the points given below and, respectively, subsequent points and provisions of the FFU referring to them: a) in point 1.6.3 - excluding equipment for mechanical waste treatment specified in point 2.3.3, b) in point 1.6.4 - excluding devices for mechanical treatment of waste specified in point 2.3.4, c)in point 1.6.5, d) in point 1.6.6 - in the scope of 12 reactors for composting biodegradable waste, in accordance with the stages specified in the environmental decision...
