1. The Local Government Unit of Roxas, Palawan, through 2026, 20% Development Fund, intends to apply the sum of Six Million Pesos (Php 6, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the CONSTRUCTION OF MDRRMO BUILDING/MUNICIPAL DISASTER OPERATIONS CENTER (PHASE I) at Barangay IV, Roxas, Palawan Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government of Roxas, Palawan, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), now invites bids CONSTRUCTION OF MDRRMO BUILDING/MUNICIPAL DISASTER OPERATIONS CENTER (PHASE I) at Barangay IV, Roxas, Palawan . The Procurement Project completion works is required within 396 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
