Description : 1.The Barangay Local Government of Anitap, through the PGAS GF CY 2026 - Counterpart for Special Project, intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Seventy-Eight Thousand Pesos (Php 378, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF MULTIPURPOSE HALL AT BRGY ANITAP, VERUELA, AGUSAN DEL SUR. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Local Government of Anitap now invites bids for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF MULTIPURPOSE HALL AT BRGY ANITAP, VERUELA, AGUSAN DEL SUR. Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (60) Calendar Days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion, in accordance with the IRR of RA 12009.
