The PANGASINAN STATE UNIVERSITY (PSU) invites ALL ELIGIBLE bidder to submit their SEALED QUOTATION for the contract: “CONSTRUCTION OF MATERIAL RECOVERY FACILITY (MRF) - SAN CARLOS CAMPUS” through Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement pursuant to Section 27.1 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009.
Please submit your duly signed Quotation Form including all the Annexes attached herewith together with the following documents on or before 9:00 A.M. of July 06, 2026.
