Description : 1) The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines, through the APP FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million pesos only (Php 2, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Bid No. 26-13-04 ALPHA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF MATERIAL RECOVERY FACILITY BUILDING. Completion of the Works is required NINETY (90) CALENDAR DAYS (INCLUSIVE OF ELEVEN (11) RAINY/UNWORKABLE DAYS). Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
