Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF MATERIAL RECOVERY FACILITY, BARANGAY TUBILI
1) The Local Government Unit of Paluan, through the Continuing 20% Development Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Two Pesos and 70/100 (Php599, 992.70) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Material Recovery Facility, Barangay Tubili with ID No. 15 - 26. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Paluan now invites bids for Construction of Material Re-covery Facility, Barangay Tubili. Completion of the Works is required 76 CD. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a con-tract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Doc-uments, particularly, in Section II Instruction to Bidders. (ITB).
