The Provincial Government of La Union (PGLU), through the PGLU Bids and Awards
Committee (BAC), intends to apply the sum of ₱2, 000, 000.00 to procure the Construction of
Masicong Elementary School Potable Water System, City of San Fernando, La Union/
INFRA-25-00-RA-114 which will be undertaken in accordance with Section 34 Small Value
Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of RA 12009.
