The main service to be provided is the construction of Tel Qasab marketplace Park located in Tel Qasab complex, Qaerrwan sub-district, Sinjar district, Ninewa Governorate to help restore normalcy to the area. Construction works will be in accordance with the Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and drawings.
