Invitation to Bid for the Construction of Market Stalls - Phase II
1) The Municipality of Quirino, Ilocos Sur, through the 20% Development Fund FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Five Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Twenty Pesos and 17/100 Only (Php 4, 549, 520.17) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Market Stalls - Phase II. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Quirino, Ilocos Sur now invites bids for the Construction of Market Stalls - Phase II. Completion of the Works is required 81 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
