1. The Municipality of Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte, through the TRUST FUND intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos only (Php 1, 600, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract CONSTRUCTION OF MARITIME BUILDING PHASE-1 located at Brgy. Himatagon, Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte. Bid received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte now invites bids for the CONSTRUCTION OF MARITIME BUILDING PHASE-1 located at Brgy. Himatagon, Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte. Completion of Work is required Eighty Five (85) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
