SCOPE OF WORK
1. Mobilization

4. Painting of slab soffit and auxiliaries
5. Painting of walls and curtain cove
6. Installation of floor tiles
7. Installation of display window platform
8. Installation of store front / faA§ade
9. Painting of display window platform and store front / facade
10. Fabrication and Installation of 6mm thick grey mirror on 6mm thick marine plywood
11. Fabrication and installation of tempered clear glass and tempered clear glass with Fassara weave pearl sticker for display window
12. Fabrication and Installation of store front signage
13. Installation of ceiling cassette type air conditioning unit
14. Electrical works
15. Installation of CCTV camera and smoke/heat detector
16. All works deem necessary for the completion of the project

A. INTERIOR WALLS AND CURTAIN COVE
- Use 12mm thk. Resistant Gypsum Board on Metal Stud frames, Marmorino Decorative Textured Paint finish.
B. CEILING WORKS AT DISPLAY WINDOW AREA
- Use 12mm thk. Gypsum Board on Metal Furring frames with 6mm thk. Grey Mirror on 6mm thk. Marine Plywood.
C. FLOOR FINISHES
- Use 10mm thk. x 1000mm x 1000mm T-011 Seastone White Textured Homogeneous Tiles, (submit sample for designer-s approval).
D. DISPLAY WINDOW PLATFORM
- Use 20mm thk. Marine Plywood on 2- x 3- s4s, Kiln dried Solid Wood nailer, Marmorino Decorative Textured Paint finish.
E. PAINTING WORKS
- Use Acrylic Latex Paint, Matte finish for Slab Soffit and Auxiliaries.
- Use Marmorino Decorative Textured Paint for Interior walls, Curtain Cove, Display Window Platform and Store Front / Facade, (submit sample for designer-s approval).
F. GLASS WORKS
- Use 6mmt Grey Mirror on 6mmt Marine Plywood as specified on the plan, (submit sample for designer-s Approval).
- Use 12mm thk. Tempered Clear Glass for Display Window, (submit sample for designer-s Approval).
- Use 10mm thk. Tempered Clear Glass in Fassara Weave Pearl Sticker with Stainless Steel Frames in Polished Chrome finish for Display Window, (submit sample for designer-s Approval).
G. MECHANICAL WORKS
- 5 TR Ceiling Cassette type Air Conditioning Unit, Mitsubishi or its equivalent
H. CLOSE CIRCUIT TELEVISION
- Use 4MP, Motorized 2.8 - 12mm WDR, Dome type Camera.
I. ELECTRICAL WORKS
- Use 3.5mmA2 and 5.5mmA2 Stranded Copper Wire, THHN
- Use EMT Pipe for all Electrical conduits
- Use Duplex Power Outlet, Universal type
- Use LED Strip Light (indoor), IP20, Daylight, 1080 LM/M, CRI80, for Curtain Cove, (submit sample for designer-s approval).
- Use LED track light, beam angle: 34 deg, CRIEƒ80, IP20, luminous flux: 450lm, temperature: 3000K, 5W, color: black
- All works should be in accordance with Philippine Electrical Code.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED ON THE DATE OF BID OPENING AS INTEGRAL PART OF THE SPECIFICATIONS:
