1. The University of the Philippines Manila (UPM), through the F101, intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Forty-Three Million Five Hundred Thirty Thousand Two Hundred Sixty-Seven Pesos and Seventy-Nine Centavos (Php143, 530, 267.79) being the Approved Budget for the Contract to payments under the contract for the Construction of the UP Manila National Forensics Institute Building, University of the Philippines Manila. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The University of the Philippines Manila now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of works required is within Four Hundred Fifty (450) Calendar Days reckoned from the date of acceptance of Notice to Proceed.
