1. The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF ROXAS, has an available fund from 20%-EDF 2026 & DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE and it intends to apply the sum of Thirteen Million Six Hundred Seventy Eight Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Eight Pesos and Fourteen Centavos Only (Php13, 678, 258.14) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the above stated project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF ROXAS now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
