The subject of the order for Part No. 1 is the execution of construction works consisting in the construction of a maneuvering area for a water intake point in the Lubie forestry area. A detailed description of the subject of the order is the design documentation constituting Annex No. 1 a to SWZ including: construction design (land development design), technical design, Technical Specification for Works Execution and Acceptance, bill of quantities, Decision No. 248/2025 (building permit). Other detailed requirements: 1) For the execution of the subject of the order The contractor uses his own tools, materials and devices provided with his own efforts.2) Materials and devices used to complete the subject of the order must comply with the requirements specified in the technical documentation and must comply with Polish standards, has certificates, technical approvals and declarations of conformity allowing the use of materials in construction.
