Job Location : Brandon/Dauphin, MB
Description : Manitoba Housing requires a Construction Manager to provide construction management services to specifically assigned construction projects to Manitoba Housing assets located in Brandon and Dauphin, Manitoba and surrounding areas from Rock Ridge to Waskada and Roblin to Amaranth inclusive. The bulk of the work will be make readies, but may also include exterior repair, common area upgrades or fire/life/safety repairs. All projects are to be completed by March 31, 2021. All inquiries related to the NRFP must be directed to the Contract Administrator via email at [email protected]. All inquiries must be made 5 business days prior to proposal submission deadline. Proposal submission deadline is November 17, 2020 at 2:00:00 PM Central Standard Time. Proposals must be submitted electronically through MERX. Proposals submitted by personal delivery, courier, fax, or e-mail are not permitted and will not be considered. It is solely the Proponent-s responsibility to ensure the Proposal is received before the Submission Deadline. Proposals received after the Submission Deadline will not be accepted.
